Hi there DK....is this a service that you offer??....would you mind sharing your rates for this??

I am busy with a Capri drag race project (entering my SEVENTH year now) and am documenting everything.
When she EVENTUALLY debuts and is all dialled in I plan to compile a little CV/Resume of her which would include some history info, some info of the build process , her 'official' current et's as well as future goals/development plans and this CV I could perhaps use to attract potential sponsorship.
Now with all this been said I kinda like your "sketchy" idea as a CV cover page...maybe more of a mix between colour and greyscale but ideally something done by hand.....as your is.

DK....this is just an enquiry for now....should this be do-able we are only looking towards July/August (2013   ) tentatively....thats when she should be all done and dusted and in her proper guise.

Thanks DK

Cheers...Robbie.
EXPERIENCE.....tells you that a Tomato is a fruit.
WISDOM....tells you that it does not go in a fruit salad.
GOOGLE....can help avoid your customer's car from burning out and then been summonsed to court.

It's not my 'job' (yet  ), I've been sketching since school days. Just recently started doing these again, and I'm all for suggestions/requests :D I'd love to sketch her for your cover, honoured really! :)
I don't really have set 'rates', since it's still mainly a hobby... But we can talk about that later, once you've decided. (Didn't charge Bigblock anything, the starting up of that car was more than enough payment   )

Gordini, if you don't want that specific car, I can work around that pic. If you can send me the full-scale one, throw me a pm and I'll send you my email. May take a while, as I mostly work on sketches over weekends (I need a drawing desk and light, eish)

Hi Drakie, don't sell yourself short. You obviously have the tallent. Why don't you try a scetch from an angle as opposed to the one dimensional side view. C'mon just do one or two, it'll open a whole new world for you. A lot of detail is missed on a sideview only, unless it's a Mustang. That Gordini, for instance, will just look like a schoolboy drawing from the side. No offence Gordini, but it doesn't have outstanding features when viewed from the side.

Drakie, this is NOT critisism. You love the cars, HAVE the talent and you can make time. Go for it ! and post your scetches, even if they're a bit krom in the beginning, it doesn't matter. I would love to see them and how you evolve with the scetches as you do more and more. Who knows, you may even become as sought after as Foose, with his drawings, before he rebuilds his car's. Then you can really make a good buck off something you love. I believe you can do this! :D
