"...a fuel-efficient 4.3 liter V8 engine option..."
I'll be honest, I've never seen one of these before. Looks good 8)
[PS, exactly how fuel-'inefficient' was that wankel engine, that a 4.3 V8 was more 'fuel-efficient'? Just curious]
Smile and wave, boys; just smile and wave...

1981 Suzuki GS1000G (Standing Project - As in I'm standing there, wondering, what the previous oke was thinking)

Let me put it this way: my step mom had a 1973 Mazda RX3 wagon with that Wankel and AT; it returned maybe 16 MPG @ 55-60 MPH. Many years ago I had an American Chevrolet Caprice 4 door with a 402-4V and that tank gave an honest 20 MPG @ 55 MPH----------and it weighed at least 1,000 lbs more than that little Mazda. In other words: a stock 350 in a Monza (a few Calif spec models had that actual motor for the 1975 model year) would be better in every regard over any Wankel IMHO.

Remember that Pierce's mpg are for little US gallons (3.785 litres) not Imperial gallons (4.546).

So that 20 mpg is more like 24 mpg in Imperial

That was called the Mazda Roadpacer, Based on the Holden Premier

Premiers were shipped to Japan without engines, and Mazda fitted a 1.3-liter 13B Wankel engine into the bay. Although the engine produced 100 kilowatts (130 hp) and 138 newton metres (102 lb·ft) of torque, the Roadpacer weighed 1,575 kilograms (3,470 lb).

While the 13B produced more power than the Red series motors that powered the equivalent Holdens, the lack of torque meant performance was restrained with a 166-kilometre-per-hour (103 mph) top speed, poor acceleration and terrible fuel consumption. Contemporary reports suggest 9 mpg (26 L per 100 km).

Cool,

Glen I have been searching and searching for a clean 3.0S, its my dream car.
There are a few but none with interceptor kits that i have come across.

I have seen a few and i think im just going to to purchase one that needs work and restore it.
