I need someone that can tow my new(old) fairlane with no engine or gearbox from Landsdowne to Strand at a reasonable price. Best i got thus far was R700. Please post contact details...

Hi there....I'm not sure if the R700-00 is for a roll back but I got a quote of R850-00 on a roll back.

Thats what i got too, R850 for rollback but as the car has not engine and gearbox he said he'll do it with a tow truck for R700

Hi,

Shucks, cape town is expensive - I just had my old 330D BMW towed for R350 here in Pretoria, they was a bit concerned about the front bumper being damaged, but thats it and the distance was about 20KM.

It's the same. From Landsdowne to Strand is around 39 k's

Yeah, as you can then clearly see - I do not know Cape town :D. At least the cost is about the same.
