Racing Chev Camaro
Racing Chev Camaro
Racing Camaro's are nothing new overseas but here in SA there arent too many. At the recent historic races this car caught my eye, very, very nicely turned out car that remains road legal.....
One looks at the car and there is still details from the orginal car, so in a sense the car has been carefully prepared to still be recognizeable as an orginal Camaro.
This one I think is powered by a 350 cube motor linked to a 4 speed Munchie gearbox....and whilst not being the loudest race car it sure does sound good...

Tiaan you are correct it was at Zwartkops. It raced:
I'm sure it gave a few people a surprise when it turned up in Fine Cars at Killarney- road legal so it was allowedJohn - www.perana.org - Perana DVD

Re: Racing Chev Camaro
I loved the look of the car - the fact that it still looked like a road car. And that shape of camaro is the second nicest mucle car shape ever (the 69 70 fastback mustangs are the winners of course).

Re: Racing Chev Camaro
No Ways How can we be, its just plain common sense that a 69/70 Mustang is the best looking car around. A 69 Camaro is second to the Mustang and then a Cuda

Tiaan, it doesn't just look like a road car, it is fully road legal, licenced, insured and with an MOT. he could drive it to the shops if he felt like it.
