Off to TnT for an exhaust system next. Wanting stainless steel with ceramic coated headers. Costly but worth it. Gonna be a tight fit with limited clearance but I have heard good things about TnT. Any suggestions from those who have built/installed exhaust systems before?

TNT has a good reputation in general from what I have heard. One thing I know, with header that motor is going to sound realty good.

So lots of work done since my last update, all focused on engine and drivetrain. Fueling system, cooling system, ignition system, brake lines, suspension all done and brand new! Proving to be a costly exercise but hopefully worth it.

Quality work being done by Drikus and the team at All American Muscle. Hoping to get the car up and running and out on the road very soon now!

Exciting times!

Engine and workmanship looks neat and tidy. Yes excellent progress, I personally do not like an open fan with no shroud, just dangerous. Other than that high 5!

I've just seen your post, after a few years away from this website. Your car looks great!

I have a 1969 Elsies River Barracuda here in the UK. May I ask, did you acquire the car with its original 225 engine? If so, can you remember about the carburation and brakes? Mine has a BBD 4300S carb and Girling brakes. Did yours have the same? In particular, did your carb have an automatic choke?

My car had been converted to a manual choke before I bought it forty years ago and I've never seen a picture of a 4300S carb as properly set up with all its linkages.....

Cheers from Surrey, UK

I see "SlantSixDan" has answered your question? https://slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 2&p=506542 If no joy, you can send me pics of your carburetor?
