Surface rust?

Post by WCC » Thu 18 May 2017, 11:29

Gents, just a question. When somebody puts up a “body” (using the word in its widest sense because I, as a layman, would call some of them a pile of rust) up for sale and says there’s no bad rust, only surface, how on this beautiful earth we call home does surface rust equate to seeing through the rusted panels? 8O
