Yip she is going to be my daily, or my alternate daily with my black 1984 Bmw k100.

Funny story, how I got here actually. I was trying to sell my wives Renault Modus. The agreement being that her and the kids take over the Dodge Journey and the don't really have a say in what I drive when I replace the Renault.

So long story short, Renault sale was not going anywhere was after 2 years not going to get close to what I paid for her, then got side swiped two weeks ago, Renault got written off, insurance paid me out for what I insured her for, which ended up being better than what I could get in the market and with that money I have now have the Rebel.

The good thing about it is, I wont suffer the same depreciations and if I am involved in the similar accident I would have torn of the front tyre of the guy that swiped me and be able to polish out the marks on the fender.

Thanks Gents. She has her Slant 6 still in her, but the previous previous owner, did a 38 carb conversion and headers installed and dyno tuned from what I can make out from the history that I am putting together on it. so need to figure out if anything else was done to like changing the compression ratio or cams.

Def a better car than a Renault between ease of repair and parts availability. Admittedly the 1972 onwards Aussie/RSA Mopar A bodies were RHD only; LHD markets kept the 1967 Valiant/Dart body till the end (1981 in Brazil).
