The end is near!

Post by wally » Thu 31 Jul 2008, 12:28

Warren is now in final stages and the end is really near!

all the fuel lines are new and installed in correct place, new alternator bracket made, alternator installed in correct position,
new starter motor, new radiator, new coil, new solinoid, new 54cm exhausts fitted at Powerflow. new bonnet release cable,
new second-hand tank (one that was in there was home made - as is pretty mush everything on the car!!!), new everything!!! :?

tank straps are being made up. engine bay has been cleaned up and everything put in its place where it needs to be.

next week the brakes will be done, so if all goes well it should be done by next weekend or early the following week.

will post some pics when i swing by there again.

Happy for you Wally...

before you know it, you be giving it a run and having a laugh about all the troubles that have passed by so far.

I'm stuck in Taiwan with no cars at all at the moment

Wally, glad to hear the first stage of the project is nearing completion....at least when its running you can enjoy it and still do the smaller things.
Alfa GTV 3.0
Ford Capri Perana V8
Chevy Lumina Supercharged

Wait not for tomorrow to do what can be done today, live each day for one knows not what the next day may hold.
