Motown Firenza
So, its starting to look like something again
For those wondering why we've been so quiet, many changes are happening behind locked doors
We in the process of turbo charging the lil beasty

New frames added for extra strength
Roll cage has been modified
Rear suspension has been re-done
Diff braced
Upgraded axles from strange and mark williams 3rd member with new gears and spool
new front suspension
new coilovers rear
Interior changes, seat moved back, new pedal boxes etc, new dash
Engine and tranny moved back
In the next week the two airpumps will be mounted
We fitting the motor and box today, and also doing a dummy coat of paint with a new colour scheme (no alvin not PVA blue )
Cheers

Some really tasty mods going on there, Oldschool!
That front end is very unusual, at least, I've never seen under the bonnet of a Firenza, how does the suspension and steering mount? That trans tunnel is enormous too!
Sorry, I'm not familiar with this car, are you building it for drag or track racing?
I've always fancied the idea of twins myself!!

the front end is not stock firenza
The stock suspension isnt great
Its built for drags, and raced the 2010 season.
This year we decided to turbo charge the thing, so many other upgrades had to be made

Ah, I thought those were wheelie bar brackets on the axle but didn't want to make an ass of myself.
What times were you running last year and what do you hope to achieve with the new setup.
Or is that 'top secret'?
