Hubbys ride

Post by lemuel » Mon 14 Dec 2009, 17:30

These are pics of Hubbys ride. The engine is a MONSTER ford 460, with blue thunder aliminium heads, high rise intake manifold, Barry Grand 995 CFM carburettor (ports big enough to swallow birds)
Lots of fun to drive, but not to stop:-)

He does, hubby says no car of his is a she, cause then the "if it has tits or wheels it is going to give you trouble" does not count, so trying not to give him too much :D
The truck has got 4 inch exhaust pipes with straight through glasspacks, awesome sound, and one would think it will keep you awake on long trips, no such luck, just drones you to sleep. Always fun going to shopping centres, lots of car alarms going off, making lots of noise.

Flip side: the ladies here say if it has testicles or tires------------it will give you problems    Ain' us guys such piggies?

All kidding aside: there are still scads of 1973-79 Ford F series trucks still in use or siting in peoples' yards here in Arizona. Where I live; there has to be about 15 of 'em within a 1 square mile radius me . :)
