They look pretty complete...as long as they are complete they are deferentially worth retrieving... if they have papers it would be even better and they should be an easy sell just as is

Re: Cougar Barn Find!!
Very nice find, both cars looks to be in great shape to restore/revive, and definitely musclecars you don't see very often in SA.
Unfortunately I suspect both may be LHD vehicles, in which case it needs to have papers that are in order, otherwise you would not be able to get them registered.

Cougar's def left hook judging by the top of the brake booster peeking out in the engine pic. The Rambler; I can't tell although some of them were available in RHD from new.IndianaJones wrote:Very nice find, both cars looks to be in great shape to restore/revive, and definitely musclecars you don't see very often in SA.

Re: Cougar Barn Find!!
craigd, the other car is not a Plymouth Satellite, I think the OP mistyped.
It is a 67/68 AMC/Rambler Rebel convertible, and maybe it is the top of the line "SST" model.

Re: Cougar Barn Find!!
Many RHD variants of especially smaller Mopar, Studebaker and AMC/Ramblers stayed with the 'LHD' windshield wiper configuration where both wipers traveled the same direction...........THOR wrote:I believe both left hand, I normally look at wipers.
