Not very new anymore. Dynacorn has been selling these here in the US for several years now. Lots of shops have built some very nice restomods from these shells. They also sell the 69-70 fastback shell and they sell 67-69 Camaro shells.

i have seen 2 already here approx 2 yrs ago.not a very cheap option and definately not for the poor man.if you got a about 1 bar to spend then give it a go!!!!!!!!!!

There is a croud in Durban that brought one in over a year ago, Still nowhere near done. Was originally quoted at R1.4 mil but rand dollar has dropped a stack since then. Have some pics but to big to post.

We (Diamondback Racing) are "the crowd in Durban". The price was never 1.4 bar. We sell a complete Eleanor with new RHD body and 2010 Mustang drivetrain plus independent front and rear suspension (ie a brand new car) for less than a bar!

We have 4 RHD bodies here at the moment - 2 having just arrived last week. Our prototype will be on the road before Xmas and no2 will be in paint by then. 2 cars already pre-sold!

Interestingly as the bodies are licenced by Ford they must be the first and only original rhd Mustangs ever.

One of our bodies will have the new Ford Coyote 5litre v8 engine fitted and we intend offering it as an option to traditional small and big block Ford engines. Engine choice will of course be a factor in pricing.

BTW we have an exclusivity arrangement with Dynacorn for RHD bodies for the whole of Africa.

Problem for me has always been that a rough but save able original one cost quite a bit less, and then it includes motor drive train and interior.
