Daan I know what you are going through, it is hard work, but the end product will make up for the sweat. My XY was even without a motor and gearbox. At least I am 80% finish. Good luck.

Well, the XW has been primed and now to do final inspection for those little spots you alsways seem to overlook. Once thats sorted out it ready for the final coats.
Will post some progress pics later.

Gee Daan, you make me green with jealousy with that XW. The XW that I was after is gone. Weg. Missing. Owner does not even know where it went as his wife sold the car. I saw the car about a year ago when they advertised a convertible Mustang with a 428. Turned out to be a ‘67 coupe with the roof chopped and a 390 motor.
The XW and a couple of other old wrecks were in the same shed, but not for sale. Now its gone.
Shout if you need help. Even if only moral support

Cheers
