Ford Capri Build

Good day All.
I purchased a Ford Capri 3lt GT around 3 years ago. Long story short i was messed around by the panelbeater and most of my spares went missing and half the work paid for incomplete. I finally decided to tow the car back home this week. the car was resprayed, but to my shock when it arrived i started noticing what a terrible job was done.
i am now on a fact finding mission to obtain some knowledge and advice as well as recommendations on who can assist with finishing up the build. i have already invested alot of money in. And now i need to start from scratch again trying to rectify the previous issues.
Things needed to be done: any advice on recommendations of who can help in the Johannesburg area?
-Complete new Floorboards. (Pretty much rotten everywhere)
-Strip down to metal (Filler and Fibreglass seems to rife through the car)
-Fabrication on body (This will be the aftermath from removing the above issue)
-Painting (Maybe a Matt colour to hide up the car not being proper pin straight?)
-Wiring (Complete new loom and new wiring front to back)
-New Dash with modern gauges
-Assembly (Windows etc. and installation of my completed upholstery )
-21R Gearbox conversion (I have the gearbox already)
-Branch and exhaust

any help on the above will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, sounds like you have a lot of work to do, I'm sure there will be guys here to assist you. Unfortunately I'm in the UK so can't do much for you.
It will be useful to post some pics of the work required on the body so people have an idea what you need doing.
