I am living in sweden, and are building a Capri v8
for some time ago I bought some perana A2 arches on this site
I have mounted the front arches and are begining to mount the rear.
everythin on chassie is redy just waiting to be mounted
maybi someone want to se it

this will be some kind off a perana copy
with ford 302 Engine a T5 gearbox, 8" rearaxel, wilwood brakes.
bbs rs rims. front 9" 270/45-15, rear 11" 335/35-15 Michelin tb5
painted peri peri with perana decals
the car is org a gxl 3.0 v6 facelift 1973

Hi, disregard my previous comment, I have just seen your post in 'parts for sale'.
I was wondering what happened to the arches, I took those pictures in my kitchen a couple of years ago.
Glad to see them going onto a Capri as intended.
Please keep us updated as you go along.

Nice arches those, I know because they belonged to me too at one stage, lived in my kitchen for about a year too

those arches have been thru many hands, I Think
Luckely for me no one dit put them on ther car
rasing the roof and put in a lift, is the best thing I have done
I wounder why I dident do it many years ago.
I am far to old to be crawling around on the floor
I am waiting for some parts from all over the globe, that hopfully will ariwe this week
so I can begin mounting the rear arches.
so I used the time to spray my enginebay with sanding

anyone have the color code for peri peri red ?
my paint guy can`t find anything on peri peri red BG232

Capri Perana colours:



The yellow Perana paint code 1B = Bright Yellow, I know for certain is 1969/1970 Boss 302 Mustang Bright Yellow.

The red Perana paint code 1A = Peri Peri Red, I am fairly sure, but am not quite 100%, is 1969/1970 Boss 302 Mustang Calypso Coral.
