Importing a car
Hi guys, don't know if this would be the right section, but what would the process be to import a car from the US as there are some gems there that are not that expensive. and would we be allowed to leave it left hand drive as its a collectors item? Also, anyone know roughly what the import costs would be?

Re: Importing a car
I know it looks rough but I have seen worse restored to perfection.

Hi Sashafelix
I agree with you, seen much worse. Pedals and wheel stud configuration supports the claim of a 289 and the VIN no as well. The rear valance lying loose looks more like a 6 Cyl but the picture is a bit unclear.
You might battle bringing in a LHD and getting it on the road. Speak to the guys at Diamondback Racing in Durban. They have a lot of experience with bringing in these Mustangs and are very helpful.
Good luck!
