Very nice Tiaan!! Wish I can get the time to stop by and have a look at it in person. Have you started with any of the mechanical restoration/repairs on the car?
Keep it going, its still a long way to go ;)

Cheers,
Daan

Daan mechanically everything was working on the car before I stripped it, so I hope to just put it together and have it working again. But I know it wont be that simple after my struggle with the Sapphire GT.

Boxy, there are a few things on the pictures that still needs to be touched up before its perfect, and the criticism over on the Fairmont GT forum can be a bit severe so I was actually reluctant to put it up there until Im 100% happy with everything.

i am liking this colour more and more.

it seems my Ranchero was a similar colour underneath the cheap red that is on there and i am considering it when the rebuilt is done.

who knows, i will probably change my mind a million times before settling...

We in S.A. are far behind, but with all the help from them, we will get better. Thanks Guys. I love the way you think!!! :D I have to admire the way you guys go with the V8's. I gave my life for the V8 cars, but you are way ahead. R.6.? = $1. We are short.
Cheers
Rassie.

I'm hearing you Tiaan and understand where your coming from. As you may be aware how ever resto's in Australia are full on & the guys want them to be perfect but the moment you stray from that they criticize so I do hear you.

I think your doing a great job Tiaan keep up the great work I love the colour & the fact that your going original with this GT.
