59 Apache Rebuild
Re: 59 Apache Rebuild
Hi Scouser,
Where did you find your Vin number on your Chassis? I tried to find it over the weekend but I just cant see it with the cab still on the chassis.. for the left hand drive trucks they said its under the drivers seat. So should be on passenger seat side for us? I really don't feel like removing the cab just to get to the vin number
Regards
Hannes

Hi Hansdons, the vin/chassis number is on the right side of the chassis, under neath the cab just ahead of the rear cab mount - not easily seen.

Stunning build. Looks in near mint condition.
Need to take a break. My set of foose wheels and toyo tires arrived. I'll be replacing the wheels on my own.

You winning with licensing yet?
When someone is keen to buy a project with no papers I say walk away.... Sure you will agree. You’ve spent huge Amo and the fun is clouded by frustration!
It honestly took my 18 months with my coup!

You've nailed it bud, will never make the same mistake again no matter how sweet the deal.Burnthosetyres wrote:You winning with licensing yet?

I'd like to think I'm a couple weeks away from having everything sorted. All my paperwork is in PMB at the moment, been back and forth a couple times which has been immensely frustrating.
The amount of people that want a backhand to just do their job has been remarkable...

Sad state of affairs how poor service delivery is in SA.
Keep at it! I got there eventually
