MK3 Cortina XLE headlights suggestion

Hi all can anyone here help on restoring a headlights foe my MK3 Cortina XLE the square type
if anyone has a set please let me know or if anyone can tell me the best way to split the lens from the backing how can that be done
then i can restore them myself the glue is very hard so any suggestions PLEASE
