As soon as the weather improves the nice cars start appearing in Henley-on-Thames. This lot came to lunch the other day.

A 110 year old Stanley Steamer stopped on the slipway to take on water from the river. Needs water every 40 miles or so. That means days out follow the river

Diesel powered burner, not coal at least means that at least fuel is quite easy to find

The cool thing about all of these cars is that they are not on the way to shows or exhibitions, rather the owners just fancied a drive.

That damn Alfa always gets away - last time I was stuck in traffic and he passed me in the other lane. I tried to get him to stop, but it was running hot and he did not want to make it worse by standing still.

My mate in South Africa had a similar 911 Turbo except his wheel centres were also white. Pretty rapid car.
