1979 Ford F250 4x4 4.9L Straight Six
My new project has been secured, will pick him up early March when I return from work and drive him to his new home in Pietersburg. Will be my first Ford project ever!! Want to clean him up nicely but keep him original.

It realy needs power steering, I was told there is a straight swop and fit solution from another Ford of the same era, car or pick-up I am not sure?? Do any of you have info on such a power steering mod?
Cheers

Re: 1979 Ford F250 4x4 4.9L Straight Six
Just received a quote from Shaun Van der Linde from Van der Linde Developments to flow and port the head and prepare it for Unleaded Fuel, then grind the cam to suit the head. Very well priced as always. R5500 for the head and R950 for the cam.
I just love these guys and the professional work they do.

Hi Adriaan you got a very nice truck. The branch and Weber make it a good combination. I got a P/S steering box for R.3500.
After 20 years I am going to cancel my Telkom as the cables was stolen 4 weeks now and the wireless device does not work. My new e-mail rassieabrie@gmail.com will work for now and then I will get Afrihost next week.
Rassie.

Thanks Rassie, I sent you a mail.
I will need the box, pump and reservoir. Do you have these available?
Then the million dollar question, is it a straight fit or will I have to make it fit?
Cheers
