I agree things will get better but the 'management' at where I work leaves something to be desired.

UPDATE:

I just got a HUGE reprieve since my last post on this thread: I received a surprise transfer to the sister repair shop 10 days ago and this past week was like 'old times' in both $$$ and basic culture. Thus far I'm doing well again and will keep everyone up to date. :)
