Those were the days :!:

I am not 100 % sure but remember that the price of petrol way back in

1972/1973 was roughly 10 cent (yes 10 cent) per liter. I frequently

requested the attendat to put in R1.00.That was not strange or a joke.

I won't forget, when I met my wife in 1969 I drove a 1958 Peugeot 403 and threw in 50 cent Sasol to get us around !! :lol: We still joke about it :lol: :lol:

And where's the rest of that Scope? Those middle spread pages had the pictures that made you use your imagination, unlike today's magazines :lol:

Anybody know what the difference was between the XLE Auto and the XLE Auto LDO ?
