Tell me is a 2 barrel Holley as big as 600cfm. I thought the 4 barrel came in a 600cfm.

The 2v 351c in my xw fairmont feels more responsive and actually quicker than the 4v cars ive had
This is so true. My xw with its standard 2 barrel carb performed very well. I then decided to get fancy and put an Edelbrock 4 barrel manifold on with a 600 Holly carb. It looked fantastic but never had the same performance again.

Your 2v is a Donkey because of the following:

The air filter that you have comes off a model car.

The fuel filter that you have comes from an airbrush gun.

Your plugs have about a 5mm gap and the wires that you are using are 0.5mm ripcord.

So I think change a few things first then lets test drive it.
