It depends if it is the Excalibur built replica from the USA, they are quite pricey, we sold one similar on auction a few months back for around that price.

The one in the pic is not an Excalibur. Excalibur has visible exhausts coming out of the bonnet sides.

I wonder if this is not one of those other Merc like kit cars available in the 1980's. The name of which I simply cant recall at the moment.

It looks like the local kit from years back that had a Ford V6 engine and Ford running gear

It is a Cortina suspension at the front there. I remember those kits, was late 1970's or 1980's somewhere.

Similar era to the Lynx, but definitely not a Lynx. Lynx was based on a 1950's UK sportscar (was it MG?). It also used Cortina parts, 2l engine etc.

The kit I remember that looked similar had a VW Beetle engine. This is why no exhaust out the front (I think).
Cannot see nicely, but last photo looks like there could be engine in the back.
