I think that price is way too high. What is a genuine Lotus Cortina worth then??

Must remember to tell my brother he has some solid gold in his backyard......

I met the owner on Saturday when looking at the Datsun 1200 GX Coupe . All his cars are exceptional and well looked after . I saw the Morris Wagon with wood frames , it was like new . I think that Cortina looks good but a bit over priced .

GBP 50k based on some I have seen advertised in the UK classic car magazines.

Aha, and the penny drops. Quick Google reveals that in UK original GT's go for between GBP 15k-20k. This car is also listed there at GBP15k.

Still far too much money in my opinion. I wonder about this particular car though, I wonder if there are pictures documenting what appears to be a restoration.
