Should this car be as it appears on the photos, what do members think, is it worth

the asking price?

This car was discussed among Mopar owners.....all in agreement 250 is to much. Figures of 100/150 was mentioned? You could buy them at 15 to 25K 5 years ago ;) .

The group discuss prices in general....however, this specific car was the subject in discussions. Great looking car though! Another group members view, which I agree tend to agree upon: "I've always believed we will see good condition Barracudas start commanding higher and higher prices as the more "traditional" muscle cars start hitting the R500/600K level. This looks to be a good original car. May be on the high side right now, but to buy a non runner and restore you are probably in for R200 to R250K anyway?"

One huge advantage your local Barracudas have is they're already RHD and with RSA's new laws concerning registering even vintage left hook vehicles, that would drive up the prices right there IMHO.

I very keenly watch the prices of these cars, not only because I own one but because I think these, and the Chargers, are probably one of the fastest appreciating local classic muscle cars around.
