If you have front engine mount, I still have 4" block sleeved to STD with polished lifter galley in Germany.
4-bolt main, with studs. Motor was used in a 5000 cc Holbert. The side mounts needed to me cut to clear the rear suspension.
I can also get you a cast 400 crank to fit into that block. But then you need to keep the revs a bit down.
