Hi All

Post by Hansdons » Wed 04 Jul 2018, 14:38

Good day to all!!
I'm a newbie :-) we are living in a small town just outside Pretoria called Rayton.
I'm currently in the process of planning my project...My wife calls it standing in the garage..but i beg to differ.. I think its only maturing :-)

I still have a long way to go but I'm sure I will find a lot of useful information from you guys.

Cheers for now!!
Have some reading to do..

Hi
Welcome to the forum. Nice project you have there. I am a fan.
It looks like it matured enough already......time to start freshening it up.

Thanks for the welcome guys. :-)

Yeah it was parked on our farm for the last 30 odd years and the last time she ran was 16 years ago. Just need a new/replacement fuel pump then I should get her running again :-) She wants to fire up when you manual feed petrol in the carb. But I would agree its matured enough now :-)

But first I want to get the Vin and Engine numbers cleared before I start. My Father bought the truck from a friend with no papers 30 years ago.. I see from another post on here that it might be a big headache for me in the future :-\

Regards
Hannes

Looking good. Welcome to the community.
Need to take a break. My set of foose wheels and toyo tires arrived. I'll be replacing the wheels on my own.
