73 Fairlane

Hi Guys,

I found this 73 Fairlane 500 and was wondering whether anybody can give me some pointers. Mechanically as far as I'm aware this vehicle is 100% but as is clear from the photo's, cosmetically not so much. I was wondering if this is a good buy (R20 000) and how much it will cost to get the problems sorted out. I will be driving this to work and back for a few months.

I agree ,good buy.
Always try to twist the arm to lower the price. Seeing as Vinyl roof is kaput.
Cosmetics is something you can sort out on your own time.

Take it for a test drive.


Look at this beauty, was at last year's Cars at the Park ,PTA.

That is definitly a beauty. Could do with nicer mags though but lloks good all the same. Gives me something to strive for...
