Toyota Liftback TRD?

Post by ters » Sat 10 May 2014, 20:39

Anybody have any information about TRD's? More so on the 1.8 SE Liftback. From the little information I could gather, they were homologation specials produced to comply with Rally and Track racing requirements in the 80's.

Benz being sold....can get TRD for very good price ;) .

Ters you'll be lucky to find one without any rust issues. Those bodies used to be notorious for vrotting away. That does however look like a nice one that you just missed.

Sure was good condition Mark, but cash is king.... I'll be willing to offer a finders fee, leading to purchase, to anyone finding me a genuine TRD in good condition, anywhere in SA.
