Other limited edition cars are the Alpina BMW's, I believe there are a few about, and they must be numbered.

Don't know about mk2 turbo's, but there was mk3(FWD) Turbo's by Steyn's Ford, Pretoria.

We never got the Mk3/4 Escort RS Turbo, they had in the UK.

Yip, also a Alpine Developments conversion. Lynton Lomas has one in his stable of cars. Sidedraught Weber in front of the turbocharger, very old school.

Yip, works like a carb on top of a supercharger. The sidedraught in front of the turbo does look very odd. Will try and find a pic of such a set up and show you.
