The list was generated early in 2014 with a very simple criteria of elapsed times achieved in 2013 and going forward (to date) and taken from MSA and WPMC recorded results.
I think it gets updated as the guys improve on their times & positions change and also if their are new entries to the list resulting in others been bumped :( .

We (personally) use it as a motivating factor to push harder!!. :)

Cheers....Robbie.

Robbie, congrats on being on that list, that high up ! :D

If I may.. how much horsepower is needed to do an 11.28 ? At what weight ?

Is your car still street-able ?

Pieter.

Thanks guys.......Bird455 (Theron) on here put her at 11th with that 11.2 ET.......so it just shows how competitive it can be especially if one looks at how marginal the difference in ETs' are.... :)
Mind you the last time I looked at the list after we were placed 11th was when Gary Wilkins kicked our butts off that spot but now I see an R35 Skyline and an Opel Superboss has 'entered the fray'......and thumbs up to them too. :D

Waterdog.......I am not sure what she makes for HP hey.....I don't think it takes much HP to run 11's......there are a quite a few 4 cylinders that don't put out 'ginormous' HP numbers but still gives our cabby a spanking (they have an optimised drivetrain)....as can be seen from the list......but jaaaaah......it's all about having fun hey......BIG FUN!!! :D :D

I don't know her weight either but yes, she's very streetable........driven to the track (about 15kms one way) and back :D :D ........ she takes the lil' Princess to school sometimes......Sunday drive through Sea Point........Camps Bay (can get congested when the weather is 'lugger')........Hout Bay......ending up at Kirstenbosh Gardens and then back home to Khayalithsa.

To think Google told me that Solid Roller Cams are not a good idea for street driving.

Cheers......Robbie.

I think Robbie has a recipe that works. His Cortina's are an absolute pleasure on the street. Nice steering & good four link setups under the back. Big brakes etc. I suppose the fact that he maintains them is a factor as well.

Cheers

Wonder what times if they remove the speed hump at the 100ft mark? :P

Had the pleasure to race against Willie Nel (2) and Keith van der Poll (7) on that list.

Hi Robbie

What is the difference between "MSA and WPMC recorded results", and Street2Strip results?
