The best way to print lenses would be a DLP printer. The normal extruder type printers just cant get the same resolution. Ones are available, but cant justify the price just yet.

Can you print a convoy duck? and what will it cost. Have no dimensions for it.

Essentially you can print anything you can draw. The printing is the easy part. Drawing it is not that simple. If you have the stl file it could save you loads of cash.
