Barracuda Chassis restore + brake upgrade

Post by 68barracuda » Sat 28 Jun 2008, 15:37

Hi Guys - I am busy finishing up on the restoration of the Barracuda's chassis - involved getting all the old underseal off - messy Job but worth the trouble - and resealing it

I also upgrade the 9 inch drums to the Ventilated disc up front and BIG drum at the back from an wrecked CL valiant - straight drop in - the Ausie valiant has a special mastercylinder bracket for the V8 versions with a huge offset - we used it for our slants over here -

This bracket allows me to install a matching PBR Mastercylinder and booster - some modding will be required but the end result will be neat - not needing a remote booster!
