Re: Toyota Celica
I am pleasantly surprised--all the talk about this racing era and it's not V8's! I grew up in this era and can relive some of these races when reading what the guys have to say.Sadly Gordon Briggs passed away last month before I could get him to autograph some of my pics in the scrapbook. Thanks, Gordini!gordini wrote: Here it is..

So Peranaman must be your friend then? Is his name Chris?zahistorics wrote:Not serious problem - I can speak Afrikaans fine, but we stick to English so that our members and friends in about 15 other countries can understand what we are chatting about. PS it's John.

If you look at the racing threads on this forum you will see that mountains have been written / spoken about the 60's - 70's era of racing, even though probably this was not the correct forum for it. So if you have anything to add, I will welcome it and I am sure others will as well. If you have pictures, even better, new scanners are only R500Mr Classic Ford wrote:I am pleasantly surprised--all the talk about this racing era and it's not V8's! Thanx KR ! I have now started with some of these threads and I'm enjoying myself to the full. Absolutely right up my alley!
