As far as I know it went to another collector who has a few significant racing Fords....
Alfa GTV 3.0
Ford Capri Perana V8
Chevy Lumina Supercharged

Wait not for tomorrow to do what can be done today, live each day for one knows not what the next day may hold.

Hmmm going to get lost in history again.
Wonder if that would be the same collector that bought LP's ex GT for a 100K+ after it had been restored.
I've heard Henrys Perana was also sold again minus the BDA and some parts went missing along the way.
Grates me to see my friends years of parts collecting to go to ruins. Should have taken that second bond on the house and bought the car myself.

Darth, I learned long ago, it is all about money and self interest. So many people just don't give two sh1ts about SA motoring / racing heritage, as long as their bank balance swells..........

I saw it at Zwartkops with the Legends tour.
Lindenberg wanted to sell it for something like R300-400k.
He also said to me if it does not sell locally it will go abroad, I sure am glad that somebody local seem to have taken it up.
Greetings
André
