El Camino wanted

Post by Dragonkarr » Wed 28 Dec 2011, 22:32

I'm looking for a 1970's model El Camino, preferably V8, with papers and licence.
Rust, other cosmetic or minor problems are acceptable. Looking to restore and customise, leave details of the vehicle (condition, location, price) and contact details please.
The closer to Middelburg MP the better, but if it's worth the trouble, distance won't matter :)
Smile and wave, boys; just smile and wave...

Look in the Junkmail. There is one in Standerton. I don't know about papers.

I remember seeing it, but I can't seem to find it right now; found a few others though, choices choices! None are in my immediate area, looks like all the Middelburg Elkies have evaporated

Ah yes :)
I thought it a bit steep for a faulty gearbox & starter, if you compare it to others..will have to do something about that six cylinder too.
Found another selling one with 308 engine & gearbox, 'just needs to be fitted', for R7000. No photo though, I don't like ads without photos...

It does look a bit bad; I'll be on the phone all morning tomorrow phoning people who've advertised on junkmail. It's hard to go by their ads, so many have been on there for months, with no indication of whether it's still available or not!

Advertising on Mxit as well, first guy to reply offers me a 'spotless'...Sani. Say what?! Do people just not read anymore?
