talk is cheap, post pics when actually u do itdkatz phoenix wrote:I'm reasonably interested in the car. I'd like to cut the front off and use it over my bar as a wall emblem. I'd like to cut it in half and use the back as a outside furniture recliner. The front seat with a nice hole can be a toilet and the gear shift can be a flush mechanism.

Re: Ford Fairmont
Do you really think that someone will be bothered if you cut up an ordinary 6 cyl fairmont? Go and buy a GT and cut that up, then you will get some oohs and aaahs.

Re: Ford Fairmont
i still dont understand why people will rather cut up a perfectly good car, than sell it cheap to an enthusist. whether its rare or not, one day you will regret it.FairmontGT wrote:Do you really think that someone will be bothered if you cut up an ordinary 6 cyl fairmont? My Boet! Graeme has been trying to sell this highly desirable Ford Faimont at next to nothing for the past two weeks. There are no........I repeat..............no takers. Says a hell of a lot for the Ford fairmont community and the "Lets be nice to old Fairmont cars association".
Hell my china if that was a low level six cylinder bottom of the range 1966 Mustang, it would have been snapped up and V8'ted before you could say 2 doors good............4 doors bad. All it takes is for some guy to drop in a 351C and bobs your uncle youve got a great ford fairmont GT ....................
Otherwise its going to be a discussion piece in my bar..........
