So I went to the car this weekend and clunks find a number on the strut pillar - wasn’t too exactly where that it is.

Any body who is interested please come view the car and then you see whatever you looking for.

Both plates at the engine bay is missing.

Also car definitely would need to be stripped down to metal.

Interior still stands as excellent just removed the sound.

Car is a dusty as hell cause it has been standing for a few years

Hi Shailen, did you get my pm explaining where to look for the chassis number?
Also did you take any more pics of the areas I requested, I have someone interested here in the UK but he needs to see more?
Cheers

Hi

Sorry I didn’t get any notifications

Saw them now. I’ll try and get it sorted this Friday again to see if I can spot the chassis number

Thanks

Considering tags are misplaced, the sump and steering rack was changed

And car needs a decent amount of work

I’m dropping to the price to R200k

Also I sanded down the one side of the strut - didn’t find the number
Will have to check on the other side if they maybe mixed it up

Anyone who has the case where number wasn’t on the left side of the strut?

I spoke to Paul while doing it and couldn’t find it - there’s also a possibility I sanded it off.

But I’ll check further

The diff is fine and I noticed the block in the springs is there for the Perana drop - so to say.

Kudos on the full disclosure but I think the bold might put some people off. Having said that this is a good base to work from.

I’d prefer to be honest

I can’t answer why the stuff has been changed

All I know it’s an awesome car

A little TLC and you got a nice car

Engine has the BG number

I can’t say it was rebodied - the paint under shows the canary yellow

Like ZaPerana says it’s a perfect base for a project.

I didn’t ever have plans to sell this car anyways - but I’m expecting a dependent so my priorities have shifted

#BUMP#

No one wants a classic?

Car papers has the BG engine number
Date of first issue is 01/01/1971
Code is 02

Not sure if this will make a difference?
