Re: Help!! Soda blasting in Durban.

Hi Rassie - I went into this - the machines they use in the USA cost nearly R100k plus you need a monster compressor - quotes in the region of R140k. Bottom line- a special machine is needed plus a compressor.

And to pass the time till then I know Tony Martin, the owner of TR Tech ( which is probably the largest Cobra factory in the world - their product is the Backdraft - http://www.backdraftracing.co.za) very well and am sure I can organise a factory visit even on a week-end. Keep in mind though that th...

Re: Durban Breakfast Run

Re: URGENT SHORT NOTICE

If you cant roadworthy a lhd that probably means you cant sell/buy one legally at all irrespective of when it was first registered as you couldn't register it in your name and get a license disc.

Re: new Fastback Mustang Body from Dynacorn

But where I really agree with you Jason is the bodywork cost of a rusted hulk - most it seems hugely underestimate the actual cost of repairing stuffed bodyshells - unless you want to hand-make bodyparts - yeah right - the most sensible and economic way forward is .... Dynacorn or AMD etc panels and...

Re: new Fastback Mustang Body from Dynacorn

It's semantics - a convertible and big block Mustang is "rare" - eg in 67 40 000 of a total of 472 121 and in 68- 22,000 of 317,000 Mustangs produced were convertibles and big big blocks about the same. eg big blocks in 67 - 28 800 of 472 121.
