Re: what i want next
In Delarey Road, almost opposite Builder's Warehouse, there must be 15 or more Minis parked at a house there - don't know what the story is. BTW are you allowed to mention these things on a muscle car site - even though a good one will eat many "muscle" cars for breakfast (runs for cover :D :twisted...

Re: Interesting lot
See now there's the real problem right there Johann - why the hell should ANY restored vehicle only be worth R20K (unless it's a scooter or something!!) I know that you would struggle to get back your time at a reasonable rate - given that dealerships run their labour at R300 - R400 these days, for ...

Sheetmetal and bodywork
A few of you may know me, and have spent some time at my shop or meets playing around learning about metashaping. It is something I am passionate about and hope to get more people doing locally, either for their own projects, or (even better!!) to build some kind of sideline or even business doing w...

Re: Interesting lot
I can't understand how people ask those steep prices and not be prepared to come down. I wonder if all the exporters are in agreement about the "steep" prices. How many examples of our motoring heritage are lost and gone forever because we had it too good for too long getting vehicles for dirt chea...

Re: Events and Muscle Cars/Hot Rods: Discuss
HA HA - same old argument again hey Jacques?
I wouldn't take my Noble on a V8/Muscle Car/ Rod run, simply because it isn't one of those......
But then we've been through this a couple times before
Perhaps just best to agree to disagree.

LS Diff & 351W Tappet covers?
Looking for an LS diff with fairly high ratio (preferably low 4's) - don't even know if such a beast exists? Needs to be approx 130cm wide (across backing plates) Bolt pattern is less of an issue, but Chev would be nice. Something that's good for 200hp or so? Any advice welcome. Also looking for ear...

Re: New member from Stellenbosch
Hi Wally Yes, it's still on. Not really a course as such though...... For everyone else's info, I'm holding the 2nd annual South African Metalmeet at my workshop next weekend :1-3 May. It really is just an informal get together for people of any skill level with an interest in learning more about sh...
