Just an after thought,
the Ford sapphire / sierra radiators do have a temp switch on located on the LHS.
Its easy to work with this, perhaps a 3.0 L rad and sender switch.

The Ghia Model sapphires should also work,
Last check only 250 IRS models left the factory, making parts few and hard to come by.

Hi Tony, Have you considered the Interthane 990 series, I think builders express might stock this, This is also a 2 pack coating but used in Marine applications. Normally used on ship hulls, and with a 25 year guarantee. This is an excellent formulation developed by Akzo Nobel , only imported ingre...

Hi Tony,
this refers to activated carbon filters as used in ABEK repirators.
These work well to remove harmfull aromatics such as benzene, just make sure to change them when they indicator changes colour,

HI Tony, The 2 pack epoxy coating is excellent at creating a barrier but remember it dries to a very rigid structure, unlike 1 pack coatings. Thus in areas of stress and movement the coating can crack and allow moisture in. I dont think its a very good idea, I seen this 2 pack coating used on bridge...

Hi All,
My name is Shaun, from Durban,
Previous cars include a 1980 MK 2 Escort Sport, Dad only owns fords, ( so does Mom)
My ol man was an escort Lover having owned a good couple of MK 1's,
