Re: Towing in Cape Town

Yeah, as you can then clearly see - I do not know Cape town :D. At least the cost is about the same.

Re: Towing in Cape Town

Hi,

Shucks, cape town is expensive - I just had my old 330D BMW towed for R350 here in Pretoria, they was a bit concerned about the front bumper being damaged, but thats it and the distance was about 20KM.

Re: 351C 4v for sale

Hi, Maybe I must state why I want to sell. I actually want to change the heads, intake and exhaust to a 2v setup with a smaller carb so if there's someone who's looking for the 4v setup only I will sell seperately as well instead of the complete engine. This includes the heads, carb, intake and exha...

Re: FMX Auto box problems

Nick, Well my best time for taking the box out is currently 43 minutes and to put it back, it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes that’s including the filling with oil. My current total amount of oil is just over 9 ½ liters TC and oil cooler included. Yes I did the new clutches, bands, seals and filter. U...

Re: FMX Auto box problems

Rassie,

Don't joke, I am seriously thinking of giving the F100 the good old petrol and match treatment.

FMX Auto box problems

Hi all, This weekend I attempted to rebuilt the FMX for the second time. and ended up removing it 4 times. Last night I started her and took her out for a drive and everything was fine and decided to use the car today to go to work, however halfway there she started slipping again, once she shifts t...

Re: Some major shit

Well guys I am LMAO for all the replies. Nick, I stuffed up my setting as well - I set it to tight. However, you guys are welcome to correct me if I am wrong but I spoke to a bloke from Auto Mech in Pretoria who said that I must set the flex band 1 3/4 turn and trhe solid band must be 2 turns and ba...
