Story of the engines is fabulous and can tell you that the engines were built to a GMSA spec by the Tonawanda engine plant in he USA with unique 69 spec 302 parts supplied by GM Detroit parts department. All the Firenza V8's as we knew them were built down the GM assembly line along with all the other products, Chev 3800/4100's , Kommandos SS's Firenza 2.5/1.3.
