Re: THE COST TO RESPRAY A CAR TODAY

Hi Oom Johan,

I don't know how to send a PM on here, maybe you still have my contact number. If you do send me an sms, I can maybe assist. You chatted to me a few times via sms.

Re: Fairlane Stack Headlight Tyre Size Question

Thanks Andre, Just 1 more question, is your or your Dad's car lowered? Reason I ask is that I do not want to lower my car, but worry that if I don't a higher sidewall (like say 50 or 55) it would look odd with the big gap in the arches should I take a 45 profile. Any chance you can inbox me a pic of...

Fairlane Stack Headlight Tyre Size Question

Hi Guys Just wanted to ask a question before I buy tyres. The rims (as in the pic below) are 17x8J. The car is a Fairlane 1971 (as in the pic below) I just wanted to know if I can fit 225/55/17 to the fronts, or is the maximum I can go 215 or 205? Also, will the 205 or 215 not look stretched on the ...

Re: 1967 Ford Fairlane 351cu

Thanks Shaun, although I must add that the pics do help. In the flesh the car comes accross a bit rough. It is definitely worth it though.
Forum members if interested can get it at R50k , but I will definitely push for the R60k mark on Gumtree & OLX.

R 10k can buy a lot to further repairs....

Cheers

*SOLD* 1967 Ford Fairlane 351cu

Hi guys, Thought I'd post here before going on Gumtree in a few days time. Selling my 1967 Ford Fairlane with a 351 engine. I've started the engine, runs well, except for a leak at the waterpump. The car is in generally good shape, but definitely needs work and TLC. It would need new bonnet hinges, ...
