Does the 351C and the 302W share the same bell housing bolt pattern, flywheel and starter motor?

Hi Please help identify, I bought this manual 3 speed transmission mated to a 351C, looking around on the internet it seems to a be a 3 speed top loader according to the 9 bolts on the cover. Never heard of a 3 speed top loader, is this correct? Also I would have thought that the linkages / selector...
